Send the dimensions
Sleeve ID (mandrel OD), face length, print repeat or wall thickness, quantity, and the press model if you know it. A photo of the current sleeve end and notch helps.

We confirm the model and quote
Wall thickness determines the model. We confirm the spec, the antistatic option and the price for the quantity.

Production on your mould
Mandrel moulds cover 70.144–490.063 mm, with multiple sets held in-house. Label-width sizes can be produced several per mould.

Measured, then shipped
Every sleeve is measured for OD, straightness, runout and dynamic balance before packing. Export orders ship in a median of 31 days from confirmed order.
